How does your body speak to you? We are different in our own unique ways which means how our body's communicate with us can be different from one another. Learning your body is the most important. During this event you will learn insight on how to tap into the wisdom that is held within your cells, tissues, and all other bodily systems. This will allow you to learn the language of your body and begin a regular routine of checking in, while building a trusting relationship with you sacred vessel. You will then set an intention to bring forth this language through healing with sound, guided meditation, and a blend of energetic healing from Erica and Jasmine.
